Randa Mansour-Shousher Au.D., CCC-A
Dr Randa Mansour-Shousher is founder of HearAide and Northwest Ohio Hearing Clinic which was found in 1981 and has been serving patients for over 35 years. She graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Master’s degree in Audiology and completed her clinical doctorate in Audiology at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences. She has also been involved with the training of audiology and medical students.

Dr. Mansour-Shousher firmly believes all individuals have the right to hearing healthcare which led to the development of HearAide, previously known as Toledo HearCare Connection. A strong advocate for giving back, she has lead teams of Audiologist traveling to third world countries including Jordan, West Bank, and Lebanon to provide hearing healthcare those who otherwise would not have the chance to hear. As a member of Hearing the Call, she joined the other team of Audiologist traveling to Maputo Africa to give the gift of hearing.

She has served on several local and national board, currently board member on Give Hear and CAAP. She is a recipient of the YWCA Milestone Science award along with receiving the Jefferson Award for the HearAide program.
